The IT Division is a division under the Management Sector. It provides ICT support services to ministry personnel and is responsible for ICT development and co-ordination at the ministry.

This division is headed by a special grade C undersecretary who is assisted by two (2) grade F54 and grade F52 deputy undersecretaries. It has four (4) major units to handle ICT related matters, namely the ICT Planning Unit, Technical and Operation Unit, Management Application Unit and Security Application Unit. These four units are headed by grade F48 principal assistant secretaries.

To enhance ICT management efficiency in order to support the ministry strategic requirements and to instil an ICT culture among its personnel
