We pledge to fulfil the trust of the government in managing the accounts and finances of the country in accordance with the relevant laws, rules and regulations in a professional and customer-friendly manner.

1. To completed the payment within 4 calendar days from the date of complete documents received

2. To accounting for receipts within 3 working days from the date of complete documents received

3. To pay a monthly salary of the Ministry's staff and the Department no later than the 25th of each month

4. To process for the advance payment vouchers, vehicle and computer loans within 7 working days from the date of complete documents received

5. To respond to all complaints within 1 working day from the date of complaints received

6. To Prepare Ministry's Financial Statements with accurate and complete as of the date given

7. To Process approved applications of financial accounting systems and procedures in the 7 working days
