1. To manifest strategic and innovative planning in line with the needs of stakeholders / customers within the stipulated time. 2. To reengineer and revitalise inputs and strategic decisions of the ministry in line with government policies in a comprehensive and systematic manner based on performance indicators. 3. To ensure timely preparedness of the Ministry, Departments and Agencies to minimize the impact of delivery systems due to disruption or disaster so that the continuity of the service delivery system is not affected.
