1. To process the Application of a Private Agency within three (3) months from the date the completed application is received until the interview is called.

2. Inform the decision of the Private Agency within one (1) month from the date of the interview.

3. Process renewal application for Private Agency License until the decision is informed to the applicant within one (1) month from the date the complete application is received.

4. Inform the decision of the establishment of the magazine to store explosives under section 25 of the Explosives Act 1967 within one (1) month from the date of receipt of the full document from PDRM.

5. Inform the decision to hold a fireworks display and a pyrotechnic within seven (7) working days from the date the complete application is received.

6. Inform the decision of the application to bring in scheduled weapons under the Corrosion and Explosives and Dangerous Weapons Act 1958 within one (1) month from the date the complete application is received.

7. Inform the decision of the visit from / to the prohibited country within two (2) months from the date the complete application is received.

8. Inform the decision of the foreign speaker / expert invitation application for the program / activity organized by the Government Agencies within two (2) months from the date the complete application is received.

9. Issuance of the proposal on the appointment of the Foreign Representative within a period of one (1) month from the date the complete application is received.

10. Make a decision on the case of preventive law file and the date of arrest within 60 days.

11. Manage and implement Rehabilitation Rehabilitation Programs and Recognition Rehabilitation Levels which will expire the following month prior to the date of the Detention Assessment Committee Meeting.
