Introduction

The Foreign Workers Management Division is the secretariat of the Foreign Workers One-Stop Centre which was established to process  foreign workers applications for approved sectors and following the employers' failure to secure local workers.

The establishment of the Foreign Workers One-Stop Centre is in line with the aspiration of the government to practise good governance as well as to reduce bureaucracy, and subsequently enhance the quality of service delivery to the people.

The Foreign Workers Management Division is headed by an Undersecretary and comprises of four units:

  • Processing Unit
  • Policy and Strategic Unit
  • Inspection and Compliance Unit
  • Administration and Finance Unit
