Terms of Application

  1. Those who appeal should submit their appeal to the Public Security and Harmony Division, Ministry of Home Affairs and Internal Security.
  2. The appeal is a formal letter format and must be submitted with a copy of rejection letter from the General Chief Police
  3. The appeal is a formal letter format and must be submitted with a copy of rejection letter from the General Chief Police
  4. After the rejection by the General Chief Police, you are advised to submit your appeal to the General Chief Police within thirty(30) days of original rejection date.
  5. Those who appeal is advised to submit relevant details to update the information of their appeal.
  6. Once a complete appeal has been received, the Ministry will notify the receiving of the appeal and those who appeal will be given a Ministry file number for example KDN.S.32/62 PT 17000. the last number is your reference number at the Ministry.
